Forest Run Challenge

RULES 15KM Enter online at www.entryninja.com or www.sibalekananiac.co.za. Online entries close Wednesday, 18 June 2026, at 23:00. The race is organised following ASA and EPA regulations. To participate in the 15km event on race day, entrants must be at least 15 years old. The race will commence at 07:00, with a cut-off time of 2 hours and 30 minutes (09:30). Gold medals will be awarded to the top five male and female finishers. Silver medals will be presented to the subsequent five men and women. All other participants who complete the race within the stipulated time will receive bronze medals. Athletes are required to compete in official club colours and display valid 2026 ASA licence numbers on both Unaffiliated athletes must buy a temporary licence, worn on the back of their plain vest or T-shirt, with the official race number displayed in front. Race numbers must be worn in front as per ASA rules; do not fold them, as this damages the chip. Wear age category tags on the front and back of your vest to be eligible for prizes; proof of age may be required. All prize winners are required to wear their club colors, such as tracksuits or race attire, during the presentation. The use of earphones during running is prohibited and may result in disqualification. The race committee may accept or reject any entry. The prize giving will begin at 9:40 a.m. Submit manual entries at Brian Bands Cape Road or UD Sport in Kariega. Pre-entry deadline: Wednesday, 18 June 2026, at 17h00. Full race results will be available at www.epathletics.co.za. Kindly support the anti-littering campaign by disposing of sachets exclusively in or near designated bins along the route. Littering constitutes a criminal offense and may result in disqualification. Collection of race numbers and late registration will be Friday 19 June 2026 at SANDF Forest Hill Army Base Soccer Fields ground from 16h00 -18h00 and on race morning from 05h00 – 06h50. A receipt may be required in the event of any discrepancy with pre-entries. Race entry fees are non-refundable. Prize money is paid by EFT within 48 hours after receiving winners; bank details; no exceptions. Event T-Shirts are available online only, while supplies last. To commemorate our five-year anniversary, numerous giveaways will be presented during the prize giving ceremony.
